C4C Paraprofessional Opening 24-25 School Year
Regional Center for Change (C4C) is an alternative middle and high school located in Rock Falls, Illinois with a mission dedicated to student achievement in school and life. Instilling hope for a future, self-confidence now, and resilience forever in all our students.
Qualifications: : Must possess a valid Illinois Paraprofessional Educator License or be willing to take and pass the Illinois Paraprofessional Educator License exam. Experience in a school setting or working with children is preferred but not required.
Paraprofessionals work directly under the supervision of the principal and the classroom teachers. Their most essential function is to support students in meeting their goals and creating a safe, positive learning environment. They also must demonstrate integrity, respect for diversity, and other standards of ethical conduct. The qualified applicant must possess a valid Illinois Paraprofessional Educator License.
